What is the process?
Personal coaching can either take place over the telephone or face-to-face.
Telephone coaching has various advantages for some people. Obviously, it means that any geographical distance between you and me is irrelevant and also you have the flexibility to arrange sessions either at work or at home depending on what fits in best for you.
If you prefer face-to-face coaching, I would be delighted to discuss your requirements in order to come to the arrangement that works for you.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions usually last for 30 minutes if scheduled on a weekly basis, or 60 minutes if fortnightly suits you better. As you meet with me on a regular basis, your commitment to making progress increases and you maintain your focus on what you want to achieve.
Most clients commit to 3 months of coaching initially and may desire a longer term arrangement - this obviously varies on an individual basis and I would regularly review your needs with you.
